October Highlights & November Comedy Adventures with Jim McCue
What a month of laughs!
October was filled with comedy clubs, packed audiences, fall foliage, fundraisers, and a comedy class that ended in shrieks of laughter!
From Cape Cod to New Hampshire's Lakes Region and Connecticut, the laughs kept rolling. And November promises even more comedy adventures!
🎤 Comedy Class Ends with a Bang at McCue's!
What started as a six-week stand-up comedy class at McCue's Comedy Club in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, ended with a sold-out graduation show and an audience roaring with laughter!
Our newest comedians took the stage and showed just how much they had learned.
There were nerves, surprises, big laughs, and some unforgettable moments.
Congratulations to all our graduates! You proved that getting onstage and making strangers laugh takes courage—and sometimes a little insanity.
We're already looking forward to the next class!
🦞 Cape Cod Comedy and Fall Foliage
October kicked off with a fantastic night at Skippy's Pier I in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts, where Jim joined comedians Jack Lynch and Jim Ruberti for a night of Cape Cod comedy.
And yes, Jim managed to get through the show without wearing white pants after Labor Day.
From there, the comedy road led north through some spectacular New Hampshire fall foliage to Hobbs Tavern in West Ossipee.
A terrific Wednesday night crowd came out for some midweek laughs in the Lakes Region.
Beautiful scenery, great audiences, and plenty of laughs. Not a bad way to make a living!
❤️ Laughing for a Good Cause
Some of October's biggest laughs came from audiences supporting wonderful organizations.
In Hebron, Connecticut, the Laugh for Life Comedy Fundraiser brought people together for an evening of comedy and community support.
Back in Portsmouth, we had another memorable night at McCue's Comedy Club, where supporters gathered for a comedy fundraiser benefiting Gather, an organization doing important work in our community.
There's something special about a room full of people laughing together while supporting a good cause.

Thanks for Supporting Live Comedy!
Whether you joined us at a comedy club, attended a fundraiser, cheered on our newest stand-up comedians, or came out to see a show on the road, thank you!
Live comedy is about bringing people together, sharing a laugh, and forgetting about the rest of the world for a little while.
And judging by October, we could all use more of that!
See you at a show!
